CORRIGENDUM – NOTICE………….download

As per the previous notice Issued vide Letter no. JEC/SB-Ofline Regn/2021/2538-40 dated 09-12-2021, many students are found having error in their Registration form submission. This is hereby informed to all the newly admitted Under Graduate (U. G) & Post Graduate (P.G) students of 1^st Semester B.Tech, M.Tech & MCA, Lateral 3^rd Semester that for Educational Qualification all the data from Matriculation to their Highest degree needed to be entered at the University Portal link: https://astuerp.in/student_login/login.html   (The students  whose details are incomplete are asked to login their ID for re-submission of their Registration Form). Any form submitted after 16-12-2021 Online will fall under Fine Category. Only the registration details needed to be corrected, no payment is required to be done for correction if already paid.

1. For B.Tech Students Both 10 & 12 are required to be entered.
2. For Lateral Students 10, 12 & Diploma are required to be entered. (enter 12 details if available for 12 pass)
3. For MCA students 10,12 & Graduation are required to be entered.
4. For M.Tech Students 10,12 & Graduation are required to be entered.

Last Date of Online Form Submission along with Fee payment (Without fine):                            16.12.2021

Last Date of Online Form Submission along with Fee payment (With fine):                                  31.12.2021

Last Date of Submission of Hard Copy of Registration Form along with relevant documents: 04.01.2022
