EVEN Semester 2022, Admission Notice

It is hereby informed to all the students of this college that the EVEN Semester 2022, Admission process will be started as follows:-

1. Students have to pay the admission fees through the given link: – https://jecassam.ac.in/adexmis/on or before 04/05/2022 upto 23:45 Hrs without Fine and 09/05/2022 upto 23:45 Hrs with FIne.
2. A late fine of Rupees Three Hundred (Rs 300/-) will be claimed after the given date i.e 04/05/2022 for students with Late Fine.
3. Hard Copies of Admission Form can be downloaded from the college website and the fully filled form must be submitted in the student branch along with all the Clearance form Hostel & Library.
4. Filled up admission form with library and hostel clearance along with Fees deposition receipt must be submitted to the Student Branch of the college from 30/04/2022 to 04/05/2022 positively without fine and from 05/04/2022 to 09/05/2022 with fine. The Payment Portal will be open from 25/04/2022 to 04/05/2022 without fine and 05/05/2022 to 09/05/2022 with fine.
5. No admission form will be accepted in the student branch after 09/05/2022.
6. Payment must be done once not twice if any error occurs and must be paid only at the given link. For any problem regarding payment you are asked to visit the student branch. NO REFUND OF ADMISSION FEE will be entertained if the steps given in the notice are not followed and some error occurs as a result of this.
