NOTICE

It is to inform all the 2^nd /4^th/6^th Semester B.Tech , 2^nd Semester M.Tech& 2^nd Semester MCA students under ASTU of Jorhat Engineering College, Jorhat to DOWNLOAD their examination form for Regular & Compartmental Examination, from the College Website and submit the dully filled up Form to the student`s branch along with bank payment receipt on or before 02<sup>nd</sup> July  2022 (without Fine) &04<sup>th</sup> July`2022 (with Fine). For any Payment related Query do visit student branch &donot pay the amount twice if any error occurs.

Exam Fees: –

*All the Examination Fees need to be paid at https://jecassam.ac.in/adexmis/ on or before 02^nd July 2022 (without Fine) & 04^th July 2022 (with Fine)

Note: –

1. For Repeater the students need to register themselves at https://jecassam.ac.in/adexmis/ first than use that Roll no. for login to pay the amount.
2. For Regular the student needs to enter their Roll no. directly to pay no need for Registration.
3. NC Fess of Rs 500/- needed to be paid extra for NC student.
4. Late fine of Rs 300/- needed to be paid for Late submission of Examination Form.
5. The students of 2nd, 4th & 6th Semester Regular are asked to submit their Hostel Clearance along with Examination Form during submission of the documents.No examination form will be accepted without hostel clearance for Hostel students
