CEE ADMISSION NOTICE Date 31-07-2025
The candidates selected for admission into B. Tech. 1st Semester of Jorhat Engineering College for the session 2025-26 at 3rd round of Counselling by DTE, Assam are hereby asked to report physically for admission at Jorhat Engineering College on 5th and 6th August 2025 as per the schedule given below:
- Students already freeze and admitted in second round on 28th July 2025 and paid the full admission fees at Jorhat Engineering College need NOT visit Jorhat Engineering College during 3rd counselling.
- For all other students: Candidate, failing to report will forfeit his/her allotted seat

Important Notes
- The procedure for admission fee payment is attached in Annexure I.
- Bring the Medical Certificate as the format given.
- Candidates whose documents are not verified at Jorhat Engineering College at any round of counselling are asked to bring all the original documents and one set of photocopies as per the attached list (Annexure II) and as per DTE’s Assam in this regard.
- Candidates whose documents are already verified at Jorhat Engineering College at any round of counselling need not submit any documents. They have to submit only allotment letter and fees payment receipt.
- Hostel will be allotted online on 8/8/2025. Hostel allotment notice will be circulated on Jorhat Engineering College Website, jecassam.ac.in
- First Year Orientation Program is scheduled on 11-08-2025. Student’s presence is compulsory on that day.
- Complete the Antiragging form fill up procedure as given in the Antiragging instruction after final admission (5th / 6th August 2025) at Jorhat Engineering College.
