The candidates selected for admission into B. Tech. 1st Semester of Jorhat Engineering College for the session 2021-22 based on CEE-2021 Rank and Counselling by DTE, Assam are hereby asked to report physically for physical verification and admission at Jorhat Engineering College from 21-10-2021 to 22-20-2021 as per schedule below.
Mechanical (ME) 21.10.2021 10:00 to 13:30 Hrs.
Civil (CE) 21.10.2021 14:00 to 16:30 Hrs.
Electrical (EE) 22.10.2021 10:00 to 12:30 Hrs.
Instrumentation (IN) 22.10.2021 12:30 to 13:30 Hrs.
Computer Science (CS) 22.10.2021 14:00 to 16:30 Hrs..
Any candidate, failing to report will forfeit his/her allotted seat and the seat will be filled up by the
aspiring candidates in the queue within stipulated time frame fixed by the AICTE.
Please note the following:
1. Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory
2. For relaxation of college admission fees for BPL candidates, original income certificate of parents
from the competent authority must be submitted, which will be verified afterwards by a
committee. In case the certificate will be found false, they must pay back fees with penalty.
3. The detail information for admission, college admission form, hostel admission form, college
identity card form and medical certificate format are attached herewith. Candidates must take
printout of these forms for their own use.
