ADMISSION NOTICE              Date : 03-09-2024

The candidates selected for admission into B. Tech. 1^st Semester of Jorhat Engineering College for the session 2024-25, based on 1^st/2^nd/3^rd/4^th /5^th Round of Counselling by DTE, Assam are hereby asked to report physically for admission at Jorhat Engineering College on 6^th September 2024 as per the schedule given below:

Any candidate, failing to report physically will forfeit his/her allotted seat.

Please note the following:

1. Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory
2. Students already admitted at Jorhat Engineering College on 27^th and 28^th August 2024 need to submit the DTE allotment letter generated after 4^th They need not submit any other documents.

 For students who have taken admission on 27^th and 28^th August 2024 at other Engineering College

 3. Candidates are asked to bring all the original documents and one set of photocopies as per the attached list given in Annexure I and as per DTE’s Assam in this regard.

             N.B. : Students already paid 10000/- during previous CEE counselling at any listed institute (AEC/ JEC/ JIST/      BBEC/ DEC/GEC/BVEC) need to pay Rs. 5050/- only at the time of final admission. See Fee payment procedure in Annexure III.

4. Students who have not submitted medical certificate as given format during previous counselling at Jorhat   Engineering College need to submit the Medical Certificate as given in Annexure II.
5. Students have to fill the Anti ragging Undertaking Registration form in www.antiragging.in . The details are given in Annexure IV.
6. Hostel (Boys) allotment (Hostel admission fees 10000/-) will start from 03-09-2024.
