ADMISSION NOTICE for JLEE

The candidates selected for admission through JLEE into B.Tech 3^rd Semester of Jorhat Engineering College for the session 2024-25 as fresh entry, based on 1^st  Round of Counselling by DTE, Assam are hereby asked to report physically for admission at Jorhat Engineering College on 2^nd  September 2024 as per the schedule given below:

Any candidate, failing to report will forfeit his/her allotted seat.

Please note the following:

1. Physical presence of the candidate is mandatory
2. Candidates are asked to bring all the original documents and one set of photocopies as per the attached list and as per DTE’s Assam in this regard.
3. The detail information for admission, college admission form, are attached herewith. Candidates must take printouts of these forms for their use.
4. The college admission fees of Rs. 10000.00 as advance (the remaining amount 5050/- have to be paid at the time of final admission) must be deposited before 3 PM date 01/09/2024 through the JEC fees collection portal https://jecassam.ac.in/adexmis.
5. Students have to fill the Anti ragging Undertaking Registration form in www.antiragging.in . The details are given in Annexure IV.
6. Hostel allotment (Hostel admission fees 10000/-) will start from 30-08-2024. Hostel seat can be selected from the vacant position of hostel. Hostel monthly charge for fooding (Breakfast + Dinner + Lunch ) 2000/- (approx).
