Refund Policy for 1st Year B.Tech 2024 Admission

For refunding 1st year admission fees students have to mail dhbaruah@jecassam.ac.in by attaching following documents

  1. Request letter for refunding admission fees
  2. Allotment letter
  3. Fees payment receipt
  4. Bank details (1. Account Holder Name 2. Account No. 3. IFSC Code 4. Bank Name )
  1. Candidates can withdraw and ask for refund until 29th August 2024. No refund will be provided after 29th August 2024
  2. After getting refund request at the mail dhbaruah@jecassam.ac.in , 10% of the token money i..e. 1000/- will be retained and the rest i.e. 9000/- will be refunded.
