For seat withdraw and refund follow the following steps (students who admitted at Jorhat Engineering College)
- Write an application to the DTE for withdrawing seat from CEE counselling mentioning the reason
- In the application, clearly mention your name, CEE roll no., admission details, bank details (i.e Bank name, account number, IFSC code and beneficiary name) where refund will be made
- Send the application, fee payment receipt generated from the college website, front page of the passbook to the mail id : refundcee@jecassam.ac.in
- Submit the seat withdraw application before 29th July 2025. Application received after 29th July 2025 will not be accepted.
