The Corrigendum based on the pre bid discussion held on 26-02-2021 at Jorhat Engineering College :
- In connection to this tender notice No. JEC/004/2020-21 published in State News Paper “The Assam Tribune” on 07-02-2021 and “The Dainik Janambhumi” on 06-02-2021, the last date of submission of Tender Documents for the above mentioned tender is hereby preponed to 15/03/2021 (Monday) 02.00 PM instead of 25/03/2021. The opening of technical bid is 15/03/2021 (Monday) at 03.00 PM.
- Under Terms and Condition: Specification for Supply part, the specification for Auditorium chair and Stage chair should be read as Modified specification (Hence the existing specification is replaced with the modified specification)

- If the weight of the chair exceeds the minimum weight mentioned in tender paper that will be considered for evaluation.
- The estimated amount for the tender is Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs).
- For auditorium normal chair, instead of individual chair group of (3) three chairs (public seating chair) may be accepted. The minimum overall width of the group of (3) three chairs (public seating chair) is 1650 mm.
- The remaining terms and conditions of the bid documents shall remain unchanged.
