Governing Body

The Governing Body of Jorhat Engineering College is constituted with the following members as per the approval of the Government vide No. eCF No.275491/2 Dated Dispur 04-12-2023.

Academic Board

A college level academic board is set up with members from different departments with Principal as Chairman. The following are functions of Academic Board:

To take decision about the academic activities of the college like academic calendar preparation, finalization of internal assessment criterion, maintaining the academic environment of the college

Academic Cell

Academic Cell is setup to assist Principal in academic activities. The cell has the following functions:

Prepares Academic Calendar for the college
Prepares class time tables
Prepares internal examination schedules
Ensures smooth conduction of internal and university examinations
