Electrical Syllabus

STRUCTURE OF THE CURRICULUM

This college is affiliated to Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, / Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU)Assam. The Electrical Engineering Curriculum is affiliated to Dibrugarh University/ Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU). The university has changed its curriculum from session 2016-17 and shifted to Credit-Based Assessment from the traditional percentage marks based system. The curriculum is also modified after the introduction of Credit-Based System. So, one curriculum in Credit -Based Assessment is now running under Dibrugarh University. Moreover, the batches admitted from 2017-18 are affiliated to Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU) as per Government of Assam instruction but with Dibrugarh University regulation.Batches admitted from 2018-19 are purely under the new Assam science & Technology University regulation.

So, three different curricula are running in Electrical Engineering department.

  1. Old Course under Dibrugarh University was running upto the 2015-2016 batch.
  2. New Course under Dibrugarh University is running in a Credit-Based Assessment System from August 2016. Download Syllabus
