3rd Semester B.Tech. Branch Transfer
It is hereby informed that the counselling of Branch Transfer in the 3rd Semester B.Tech. will be held on 28th of September, 2021 online and details will be intimated to the students through WhatsApp group.
The interested students of the 2nd semester B.Tech. who are willing to change their branch are asked to submit the filled up google form in the prescribed format to the mentioned link before 25th September 2021 along with an attested copy of 1st Semester B.Tech. Mark-sheet. The following rules will be followed for the 3rd Semester B.Tech. branch transfer:
- For any branch, if the number of current students is less than 75% of the prescribed intake, then branch transfer will not be permitted from that branch.
- Merit lists of the applicants for the branch transfer will be prepared on the basis of 1st semester B.Tech. results only.
- Only those students who have passed in all the subjects of 1st semester B.Tech. shall be eligible to apply for change of branch.
- At the time of counselling, the student must be present in the counselling online and his/her decision will be final. No alteration will be allowed after the counselling.
- The vacant seats in the respective branches up to the date of counselling will be considered for the counselling.
Important Dates: Last date of application: 25.09.2021 (11:59 pm-Saturday)

The Marksheet & Application should be merged in PDF Format only and the file submitted should be in this format renamed (Branch-Roll Number Last two digit-Year e.g C-01-20)
